Domestic Short Hair - Black - Jake - Large - Adult - Male - Cat
Est 4 yrs old, DSH black FRIENDLY eartipped, neutered male. Jake was picked up by an animal control officer in the parking lot of a very old apartment complex. He had a very ugly wound on his hip with bare muscle showing. His foster mom took him in and kept giving him his medication along with fish oil supplements to help the healing process. It's slowly filling in and we're hoping he will not need a skin transplant. His nose is barren of fur right now because he keeps rubbing it on his cage wanting to be pet. He's out of the cage now and is socializing with the other foster kitties really well. If you're looking for a forever friend that will always be loyal, Jake is your cat ! All cats and kittens have been vet checked, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, given age appropriate vaccines, spayed/netuered and are free of internal and external parasites.
